When you order an item from st-erasmu.com you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. There are a series of instructions on our website that will guide you through the process of placing an order with us.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card.
This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from St Erasmus Ltd. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation email.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, or subject to a delay for whatever reason, we will endeavour to contact you at the e-mail address you have provided. If we cannot contact you, or get no reply to our e-mail, we will not supply you with a substitute product, unless you have instructed us otherwise.
We will not dispatch your goods if we let you know that your order hasn’t been accepted, or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with our Returns policy.
Once we dispatch the items to you, and we have sent you an e-mail (Dispatch Confirmation) notifying you of this, this will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. The deemed time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email.
We may not accept your order if:
- An item you have ordered is out of stock
- Your payment is not authorised
- We identify a product or pricing error
- We discover the product is faulty
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase, at any time and at our sole discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
We will endeavour to keep our website as up-to-date as reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. If we cannot supply any item we will release the funds being held in your account for the purchase.
